UMAMI Chipotle Caesar Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 whole cauliflower
1/4 cup UMAMI Chipotle Caesar
2-4 TBSP capers, rinsed and patted dry
1 TBSP olive oil
1-2 TBSP nutritional yeast flakes (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Remove core of cauliflower and rinse with water; pat dry.
Place cauliflower upside down on a foil lined pan, and pour 1 tbsp of UMAMI into the bottom.
Turn cauliflower right side up and coat top with remaining UMAMI.
Place a pan with about 2 inches of water in the bottom of the oven (this helps to steam the cauliflower) and put cauliflower on middle rack and bake for 45 minutes.
Heat oil in a shallow pan and toss capers to coat. Cook, stirring often, until crispy.
Remove cauliflower from oven, slice and sprinkle with capers and nutritional yeast.
Finish with a drizzle of UMAMI Chipotle Caesar
