Ingredients:
6 large eggs
8 slender asparagus spears (2 inches from bottom removed) cut into 2 inch lengths
1/2 cup shredded cheese (we used gruyere and cheddar)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 C chopped ham
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 and grease a 9 inch pie plate
Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper together; add cheese then add ham.
Pour mixture into pie plate and then sprinkle asparagus on top of egg mixture.
Bake 30 min or until set in the middle.
Finish with a generous drizzle of UMAMI Crave the Fifth Original. Serve with sliced tomato or a green salad.
