UMAMI Cobb Salad

Ingredients:
1 small pack Artisan mixed greens
3 Eggs boiled and quartered
1.5c Julienne red cabbage
¼ julienne red onion
1.5c cherry tomatoes halved
3/4c chopped cooked bacon
2 sliced chicken breasts grilled or baked
1 package Boursin crumbled
1c quick candied pecans
1 diced avocado optional
UMAMI

Directions:
Build salad on a large platter. Greens on bottom, then sections of eggs, julienne vegetables, cherry tomatoes, chicken and Boursin. Garnish with chopped bacon and candied pecans. Drizzle with UMAMI just before serving. Quick Candied Pecans Toss 1 c pecans with a drizzle of EVOO, 3 dash tobacco, 4 dash Worcestershire,2 tsp Maple syrup, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 5 mins. Give nuts a quick stir and cook longer if needed 2 to 3 mins. Once toasty remove from oven and sprinkle with 2 tsp sugar. Let cool at room temp and add as salad topper.
