Panko, Sesame & Garlic Crusted Tofu with Sriracha UMAMI Dip
Ingredients:
Extra Firm Tofu
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup UMAMI + 2 tbsp
sriracha sauce
Directions:
Slice tofu into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
Combine panko with garlic and sesame seeds in a shallow dish.
Pour 1/4 cup UMAMI into another shallow dish.
Coat each piece of tofu with UMAMI and dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
Heat oil (we used olive + sesame) in a frying pan and cook each piece of tofu until coating is crisp.
Combine 2 tbsp UMAMI with 1 tsp sriracha.
Garnish with fresh chives and serve.
