Green Beans + UMAMI

Ingredients:
Fresh Green Beans
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Hemp Seed (optional)

Directions:
Bring a pot of water to a hard boil. Remove stem end of each bean. Blanch beans in boiling water for 1-2 minutes (depending on tenderness desired) and immediately immerse in ice bath. Heat olive oil in a saucepan, add a clove of minced garlic then beans and saute until heated through. Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted hemp. Salt and pepper as desired; Drizzle with UMAMI!
